Warranty Policy
At LightSpeed Triggers, we stand behind our 3D printed barcode scanner handle and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 60-day warranty on our barcode scanner handle. This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship that arise during normal use of the product.
Please note that because our barcode scanner handles are 3D printed, minor visual defects or differences to pictures on our website may occur. These minor variations do not affect the functionality of the product, and are not covered under this warranty.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us at support@lightspeedtriggers.com within 60 days of the date of purchase. We will then provide instructions on how to return the product to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm the defect in materials or workmanship. If we determine that the product is defective and covered under this warranty, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you. If we determine that the defect is not covered under this warranty, we will notify you and return the product to you at your expense.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. We will not replace triggers that have been melted or deformed due to high temperatures, which may occur if you leave your trigger in a hot vehicle.
